Be the first team to reach the target score (usually 21). Points are scored by tossing horseshoes closer to the stake than your opponent.
In each inning, both teams toss exactly two shoes. This app uses "cancellation scoring," where only one team can score points per inning.
Equal ringers cancel out. For example, if Team A tosses two ringers and Team B tosses one, Team A scores 3 points (one ringer). If ringers are tied, only the closest non-ringer shoe can score.
