Objective

Be the first player or team to reach the target score (standard is 500).

Bidding

After dealing 13 cards, players bid the number of tricks they expect to win. A bid of Nil means you'll take zero tricks. Blind Nil is bid before looking at your cards.

Scoring

• Met Bid: 10 pts per trick bid + 1 pt for each extra trick (Bags).
• Missed Bid: Negative points equal to 10x the bid.
• Nil: Successful Nil gets 100 pts (200 for Blind); failure results in a penalty of the same amount.

Bag Penalty

Every 10 bags accumulated results in a 100-point penalty.
